Tears roll down their cheeks

What will I do, where will I go

What will people think

Searching and praying for the answers... 

Will it ever happen? How will I know? Where to begin?

She reads the letter as tears stream down her face

Suddenly the fear subsides and then there's the calm

Anxiously waiting, the phone call comes

Waiting for this her whole life and now it's done

Two women, two strangers

I feel I've known her all along

In Heaven a pact we made to share this life

Angels preparing him for both of us from above

The day has come

Tears roll down their cheeks

For the loss and loneliness in one's arms

For the heart ache and love 

For the most unselfish woman ever, standing by her side

She quietly whispers

"My baby will always know he has two Mothers"

One that gave him life

The other a Family and a home

All part of God's plan

You will forever be to us
